Red Wine Novak Rara Neagra

Description

Rara Neagra red wine is made from Moldovan indigenous grape variety Rara Neagra, grown in the South of Moldova. Alcoholic fermentation on grape pulp was carried out in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, then aging in oak barriques for at least 6 months.
The wine has a ruby-red colour. Due to aging in large barrels, it has a complex aroma of red berries with subtle hints of oriental spices. The taste is soft, balanced with pleasant nuances of ripe cherries, which gives a special aroma with a long aftertaste.
Edition of 3000 bottles.
